By placing an order with Cookie Cravings, you agree to the following terms:

• You will provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

• Full payment is required at checkout before your order is processed.

• All cookies are handmade, so small variations in colour, size, and decoration may occur.

• Cookie Cravings is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

• We reserve the right to update prices, policies, or product offerings at any time.

• All cookies are made in a kitchen that may contain traces of nuts, dairy, soy, gluten and eggs. 
  
  

• Any delays that occur after dispatch are outside of our control and are the responsibility of Australia Post. Customers are encouraged to allow extra time for delivery, particularly during busy or peak periods. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for delays caused by Australia Post once the order has left our hands.
