Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are baked fresh and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed (unless stated otherwise for pre-orders or limited releases). 

Delivery Times: 

• Standard Shipping (Australia post): 2-7 business days depending on your location.
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days depending on your location.                      Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or public holidays.  

  Express shipping covers priority handling and dispatch only. It does not guarantee a delivery date. Once dispatched, delivery estimates and any delays are managed by Australia Post and are outside of our control.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post, cookie cravings is not responsible for any delays, delivery timeframes, or issues caused by the postal carrier. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Any delays that occur after dispatch are outside of our control and are the responsibility of Australia Post. Customers are encouraged to allow extra time for delivery, particularly during busy or peak periods. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for delays caused by Australia Post once the order has left our hands.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before finalizing your order. Cookie Cravings is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
