Because our cookies are fresh, perishable goods, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations on pickup orders:

• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.

If a return or refund is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Cookie Cravings. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
