Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is out of our hands. Cookie Cravings is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery issues that occur while your parcel is in transit. Any concerns after dispatch will need to be followed up directly with Australia Post using the tracking details provided.
